These are the same Job Descriptions you can use when creating your own user logins, once you have subscribed. The only difference is that you will be able to create logins that have more than one Job Description-which lets certain users who wear multiple hats in your organization see more of the Airframe HR Express application at one time.

While you are logged into our Try it Live Tenant, you might find it useful to have one of the guided tours running in another browser window. This can help you walk through some of the features of the application. We also recommend this approach for basic self-training for your real subscribed users. Airframe HR Express is very easy to learn and use, but many people find it helpful to run through the tours for basic training, and then apply the same concepts and techniques to the rest of the application. Once you have learned how to use one of the screens in the application, you'll be able to use most of the others easily, as long as you understand the purpose of each screen, and the fields on the screen. To get help within the application, click the question mark icon at the top right of each screen, and hover over each field on the screen to see its tooltip.

Notice and Disclaimer: The Try it Live Tenant you will be logging into is shared by everyone who is evaluating Airframe HR Express at this time. There may even be other people logged in as the same trial user at the same time-a situation which is unique to this trial, because in real life you will normally be the only person logged in as "yourself." For this trial, we recommend you do not enter any confidential information, and we request that you do not enter anything that might be considered offensive. The Try it Live Tenant is frequently reloaded, so if you log in again tomorrow, you may find information you entered during earlier testing is no longer there. Again, in real life, all your saved information will always remain in Airframe HR Express just as you entered it.

When you are logged in to the Try it Live Tenant, you will not be able to make changes to the user settings that are normally available to every full user. This means, among other things, that you won't be able to switch the user interface between Simple Mode and Advanced Mode.
